See, most people just go to a boot camp, a fitness class or workout and hope for the best.
I asked Claire some questions this is what she had to say:
What was your result?
I lost 9lbs and 8.6 inches!
How did you feel before?
Sluggish, unhealthy and lethargic.
how do you feel now?
Much better! Not as bloated and less wobbly! I feel slimmer/firmer and more confident about my appearance. Its helped with anxiety too. I want to keep this up.
how have your habits changed?
I eat smaller portions. I’m certainly more conscious about what im eating and drinking..
What did you believe about weight loss/toning before and how has it changed now?
I thought you had to lose weight before you could tone. Also didn’t think calorie counting would have such a massive impact on me.. I obviously knew eating healthier meals would work but never that I could continue eating the foods I normally do and just adding a few new recipes and ingredients would be so effective. I honestly thought that I had much weight to lose and never even considered body measurements.
