With this hot weather 

It’s reminded me of when I used to wear

hoodies or a vest and a shirt in the gym

When it was hot as hell

Yep 

I would rather had sweat and overheat<< which was 

what happened than take it off

Why?

Well, I was overweight and felt horrible about myself

I didn’t want anyone to see what I actually looked like

I had a lot of odd looks in the gym

Even outside the gym I would avoid people so they wouldn’t see my extra tyre wheel through my shirts 

^^It wasn’t until I started to realise that I didn’t wanna be in that situation any more that I started to change it 

This brings me back to:

Until the pain of remaining the same is worse than the pain of changing you won’t get anywhere 

It wasn’t until I realised how ridiculous I looked AND FELT

wearing hoodies and layers in scorching heat that I decided things had to change…

Your situation maybe different 

It might be another reason 

You don’t feel confident enough any more 

None of the clothes you want to buy fit you or you hate

shopping for that reason 

You don’t get compliments or you hate feeling depressed, tired and low on energy 

Whatever it is 

USE IT 

Use it as fuel for the fire of DOING THE WORK

^^Yes I’m in a cap locks mood

Once you have decided whether or not to try and change your situation 

Is where it fails for most people 

If you want to change because you’re sick of your situation then you need to find something that is going to work for you 

That means no FAD diets 

No doing loads of cardio<<especially if you’re used to it 

Because lets face it  

You don’t want to have to eat just salad and run all day 

You actually want a life 

I know I did

So a quick fix isn’t the way 

It has to be a more permanent solution

And if you have come to a decision, then decide what needs to change in your lifestyle 

and then START IT
