This is Paige’s Story. After the 30 day programme at the Better Body Fit Camp I asked Paige about here experience and what her results were. Below is what she had to say:

How did you used to feel before you started training with me?

 

Before the programme I felt sluggish, tired and very unhealthy due to my complete lack of exercise and very unhealthy diet based on junk food mostly.

 

What worried you about the training before we started?

 

Before the training, I was worried that I could not even complete one exercise session, let alone 3 a week. But I definitely surprised myself and actually enjoyed it.

 

How would you describe the actual workouts at the Better Body Fitcamp

 

The training I would say is very effective, I always thought you would have to exercise for an hour at least to see or feel benefits. But I definitely could tell and feel it was doing something after every session and the day after.

 

How did you feel about the diet formula?

 

Sticking to the diet was actually achievable for me. Even with my unhealthy diet before, the fact I could occasionally save my calories for something or a bigger meal worked well for me.

 

What’s the biggest benefits for you that have come from being on the Better Body Fit camp 30 day programme?

 

The biggest benefits that have come from training for me, is that I now want to exercise long term and make it a part of my life.

 

How do you feel now compared to before you started the programme?

 

Now I feel already healthier, full of energy and have actually now begun to enjoy exercise. I even enjoy having healthier foods but still enjoying the occasional ‘bad’ foods.

 

What would you say to others thinking about starting the BBF- 30 day lose a dress size programme?

 

I would say definitely just go for it, I was the most unmotivated person when it came to dieting and exercising and this got me a lot closer to where I want to be and has changed my outlook on it. I am now motivated to carry on with it and determined to get my body I want.
